Chastity – Demoniac Element in Sexual Urge

When the sexual urge can no longer be controlled and assumes exaggerated and incalculable dimensions, it enters the dark depths of the soul where the mind can exercise no influence, and where demons hold sway.

Such frantic sexual urges conquer only to succumb. They rule only to turn the individual into a slave; they breathe voluptuousness and cupidity only to bring death and destruction upon themselves and those affected by them. People so possessed by demons experience life as an enjoyment of death. They take their abysmal pleasures in destroying those they love no less than themselves.

Chastity – Creative Power

People often wonder why occultists of all ages are told to renounce everything. This has been misunderstood. What they renounce is their personal will.

Many occultists are told to conserve their creative energy: to master their lower sex nature. Atoms always find their own level. It is the vapour that rises from the surface of our seminal fluid that gives us this determinative energy in Nature. The demand for personal power will not bring these higher forces into operation. But we can evoke a force that binds us to our lower animal nature, and this gives the black magician his power [and that is not what we teach or practice here].

Chastity – Freemasons

How austere the discipline was may be seen from a summary of its rules: Confessing faith in God, an Apprentice vowed to honor the Church, the State, and the Master under whom he served, agreeing not to absent himself from the service of the order, by day or night, save with the license of the Master. He must be honest, truthful, upright, faithful in keeping the secrets of the craft, or the confidence of the Master, or of any Free-mason, when communicated to him as such. Above all he must be chaste, never committing adultery or fornication, and he must not marry, or contract himself to any woman, during his apprenticeship. – Quoted from “The Builders” by Joseph Fort Newton [1914].

The Dragon

Who is the dragon? The dragon is Lucifer, the carrier of the light. But Lucifer is not a person. Lucifer is an energy, it is a force that grants the sexual impulse, strength, erection to the man, and the humidity to the woman, in order to perform the sexual alchemical work. Lucifer (luce-fer] means “bearer of fire.” That the dragon breathes fire from its mouth? Yes it does! This is why the sephirah Geburah, the Spiritual Soul, is always represented by the woman, because her yoni, the sexual organ of the woman like a volcano in Malkuth breathes out the blood, the fire of Geburah; thus, only the man with his lance, his phallus, can pierce the dragon and defeat Lucifer. Sadly, most of the knights that enter the woman are defeated by the fire of the dragon, since they do not understand that the feminine yoni is the aspect that represents the dragon’s mouth. This is why the dragon, in the form of a serpent, talked to Eve in the Garden of Edenעדן means voluptuousness, bliss- which is what we experience in the sexual act.
