There are seven Hebrew letters, which are called double letters. These letters are double because they have two pronunciations according to whether the consonant is hard or soft, with a point or without, and whether the energy is resisted or accepted. These seven letters are represented by what the book of Revelation calls the seven Spirits behind the throne of God. Seven is the law that organizes, and three is the law that creates. So, the law of three creates, and the law of seven organizes.
