Mudra
Sanskrit for grain. One of the five M’s of the Pancatattva ritual. Mudra is related to the grains of the Earth and this, of course is Prithvi or the Earth Element. So Mudra is related to grains, vegetables and fruit.
Mukti
(Sanskrit ) “Liberation, release, to let go of.” Similar in usage to moksha.

Muladhara
Muladhara (Sanskrit: मूलाधार) lit. “root and basis of Existence.” The root chakra located near the base of the spine.

The Muladhara chakra is situated under the Kanda, which is the exact place where the nadis Sushumna, Ida, and Pingala join. This is the fundamental or coccygeal chakra. This chakra nourishes all the other chakras with its sexual energy. The Kundalini is found enclosed within the Muladhara chakra.
